1. Fix for JPro 2016 v2.3 that would cause the application to crash while performing diagnostic tests.
2. Issue with our installer would sometimes fail on Windows 10.
3. Upgraded all applications to target Microsoft's latest .NET Framework 4.7.2
4. Created a common user interface style for all Grandview applications.
